Job Description


  • To handle customer telephone enquiries and provide products information to customer
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of services order
  • Follow up customers repairing progress
  • To carry out any ad hoc duties whenever appropriate to meet business needs


  • F.5 / DSE graduate or above with minimum 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in the field of call centre or hotline
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Effective customer handling and problem solving skills
  • Shift holidays and shift duty are required
