Job Description

Duties:

  • Support CS administration duties
  • Provide customer service and inquiries via phone (Experience in call centre would be an advantage)
  • Follow up customers repairing progress
  • Logical data input into a designated system
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • F.5 / DSE graduate or above with minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, hardworking, work under pressure and willing to learn
  • Good team player
  • Flexible shift of working hours between 09:00 and 21:00 shift holidays
  • Fresh graduates are also considered
