Job Description

Duties:

To assist the corporate services department in discharging the following duties:

  • To provide corporate services in a multi-jurisdiction environment
  • To coordinate activities relating to administering a portfolio of client companies and involve in client contact
  • To provide information to clients on company secretarial and statutory compliance matters
  • Other job related duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Recognised university degree
  • Min. 3 years relevant experience gained from certified public accounting practice, law firms or other trust or corporate service related practice
  • Student or graduate of recognised professional institute in law, accounting or company secretarial practices
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates with professional qualification or more experience will be considered for senior administrator positions.

  • Remuneration package commensurate with relevant experience and qualification

  • 5-day week
