Job Description

Job Duties

  • Support administrative functions for Human Resources Department
  • Support project administration and meeting logistics
  • Data input on Workday and local systems
  • Other administrative work assigned by the Head of Human Resources

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience. Worked in financial services company would be a great advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • General knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skill
  • Immediate available candidate is highly preferred
