Job Description

Well established Insurance company expanding their team at Agency Administration support.

Your new company
This extremely well-established insurance organization offers an array of products and solutions globally and in order to maintain their high level of excellence they invest heavily in their agency channel. They are currently looking to expand their team focus in agency administration.

Your new role
You will oversee all functions related to agency administration:

  • Provide executive administrative supports to Senior Manager at agency administration such as meeting and event scheduling, expenses reimbursement, preparation of information / reports
  • Work and coordinate closely with corporate administrative teams on agency offices' related issues such as office maintenance, inter-branch courier and stationery
  • Monitor and supervise the agency administrative team on performing his/her tasks effectively and efficiently
  • Drafting and preparation of correspondences, emails, reports and letters for internal and external distribution

What you'll need to succeed

  • To be successful for this role you will have at least 3 years within the insurance industry
  • You need to have agency administrative support background.
  • You need Proficient in MS Office.
  • Your ability to liaise with various departments is necessary and communications in Cantonese and English are essential.
