We are partnering with a prestigious international Logistics firm and they are currently going through some exciting changes and transformation as they are looking to expand the business in other regions. They are searching for an Assistant Manager/ Manager, Training & Development to join their growing team to continually enhance their staff performance.
Your new role
This position reports into the Senior Training Manager. Being the core member in the People Development Head Quarters of Hong Kong, your responsibilities will include designing and implementing new staff learning programs, processes and policies, leveraging company's technology in supporting and build effective and sustainable learning solutions that can support and align with the overall Organization and Business strategy. You will also be involve and contributing to the global initiative of succession planning, leadership development, learning culture and functional knowledge sharing. You will help to drive and deliver soft skills trainings in Hong Kong, South China and other regions to help the business to grow.
