The Analyst Programmer (ICOMS) will report to the Manager (Business and System Analysis) and is expected to work with the project team to develop, test, implement and maintain the innovative fleet management application system ICOMS for Rehabus to meet all operation, management and analysis needs within the budget and timeline requirements. The main duties of the position include, but not limited to:

 

Responsibilities:

• Collect and analyze user requirements, prepare UI prototype, design, develop, test, implement and maintain applications with Web, Mobile and Cloud Computing latest technologies
• Work closely with team members and vendors in various stages of the application development life cycle
• Review and comment coding from other developers
• Co-ordinate with end users in user requirement collection and acceptance testing
• Prepare project documentation
• Perform acceptance testing
• Maintain, support and enhance the applications in later stages
• Perform other project related duties as directed by supervisors

 

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
• 2-4 years of software development experience, working experience in web and mobile application development
• Hands-on experience in Java, PHP, JavaScript, HTML5 coding, etc.
• iOS or Android application development experience
• Basic knowledge in SQL Database
• Experience in UI prototyping tools and development frameworks is a plus
• Willing to learn and enthusiastic about new tools and technologies
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
• Self-motivated and can work independently
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility

 

Candidate with lesser experience will be considered for the post of Programmer. Fresh graduate with related skills will also be considered.
