Job Description

Our Client is a Statutory body and they are looking for Junior Programmer, Programmer and Analyst Programmer to join their coming up development projects. These are all contract roles (renewable) with good pay package and clear path of career development.

Job Duties
These roles are responsible for the design, development, implementation, enhancement, testing and technical support of various IT projects such as Management Systems, Departmental Systems which mainly includes the following duties:

Contract Analyst Programmer

  1. Conduct detailed system analysis and problem diagnosis; propose, develop and implement IT solutions.
  2. Design and complete requirement specifications for different components for application systems.
  3. Prepare system specifications and cases of testing; maintain systems documentations and monitor service provision of IT solutions.
  4. Assist in the provision of consultancy based on IT and industry expertise and conduct feasibility study including recommendations for new IT solutions.
  5. Conduct quality assurance according to established guidelines and procedures to ensure the delivery of quality products.
  6. Prepare and perform various stages of testing including unit test, integration test, system test, load test etc.
  7. Liaise with users, contractors and other IT teams for system development and maintenance.
  8. Prepare user guide and conduct user training.
  9. Provide end-user support services including product evaluation, trouble shooting and help-desk functions.
  10. Provide after office hours system support.

Contract Programmer

  1. Conduct application development, modification and maintenance of IT solutions.
  2. Conduct basic technical support related tasks including installation, system administration, patch management, etc.
  3. Conduct quality assurance according to established guidelines and procedures to ensure the delivery of quality products.
  4. Prepare and perform various stages of testing including unit test, integration test, system test, load test etc.
  5. Maintain system documentations of the application and system components.
  6. Liaise with users, contractors and other IT teams for system development and maintenance.
  7. Provide end-user support services including product evaluation, trouble shooting and help-desk functions.
  8. Provide after office hours system support.

Junior Programmer

  1. Programming, test execution and documentation for the development and maintenance of various systems /applications/infrastructure.
  2. Provide end user/helpdesk support including application & technical support, installation, etc.
  3. Provide after office hours system support.


Requirements
IT Personnel are preferred to have experience in two or more major tools and technologies used in
