Regional hotel/hospitality account management opportunity

Your new company
US based global MNC and we are the leading hotel amenities supplier. We provide our one stop solutions to all the hotels group regionally.

Your new role
In this exciting role you will be responsible for the account management and all the C - level management. You will be responsible for the management of the organisations key client base. Reporting in to the commercial head you will work and managing existing clients to meet the organisations revenue target.

  • Managing a portfolio of key accounts - hotel/hospitality group
  • Ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Build strong customer relationships
  • Own, maintain, and build partnerships with each key account within your portfolio
  • Lead face to face commercial and service reviews with all key accounts
  • Manage contracts
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Contribute to the longer - term business strategy and service solution, using customer and market insight to help shape and optimise future services, pricing and products



What you'll need to succeed
Prior hotel/hospitality Account Management, Customer Engagement, Customer Success or Renewals experience will be essential for this role.
