Job Description

This Application Specialist role will work closely with portfolio managers and analysts to optimize research management strategies and increase the efficiency of technologies related to the investment operation. This role will also participate in the solution implementation process and the subsequent support to clients.


  • Liaise with clients such as hedge funds or asset management firms to implement investment solutions
  • Tailor process and configure workflow depending on clients' setup
  • Integrate data flow with various 3rd party applications such as accounting, market data or order management systems
  • Conduct product demonstration to potential clients and design strategic plans
  • Provide users training and maintain proper documentation
  • Identify potential opportunities to cross-sell products from other teams
  • Travelling within APAC region will be required


  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
  • Minimum 2 years' experience handling application support and implementation duties
  • Prior experience gained from financial services sector is advantageous
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can work well
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English
