Job Description

Our client, a MNC Company, is now seeking for a high caliber individual to join their team as Area Manager - Facilities

Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee maintenance programs within retail stores by coordinating and supporting the technical team who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, ventilation and other building systems. Manage, guide and develop the team of technicians, providing them with technical assistance and operational guidance to ensure their performance meets required standards. Develop and maintain strong relationships with  partners, other Team Members and contractors.
  • Represent the company in a professional and competent manner and develop strong working relationships the client's team. Build strong relationships with all store brand managers to ensure stores are maintained in a safe and operationally efficient manner.
  • Ensure that the technical team comply with company policies and procedures, legislation, regulations, standards and industry codes, and that audits are undertaken to check compliance.
  • Identify and address compliance incidents and complete comprehensive reporting within required timeframes.
  • Work and interact with the compliance team to oversee the work undertaken by technicians to ensure it is compliant and meets safety standards.


  • Diploma or above in Building Services, property management, Electrical, Mechanical or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Engineering/Facilities Management/ Retail Services, including strong management experience is highly appreciated
  • Good problem solving and communication skills
  • Good command in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Solid management/ team lead experience in relevant fields
