Job Description

Job Overview:

The ARM Support Officer sits under the PB COO. It will provide operation support to Front Office on pre-onboarding and control operations.

Key Requirements:

  • Account Opening Support - Liaise with RM/ARM/on-boarding team to handle PB onboarding documents including document checking, scanning, and physical document archival.
  • Maintenance Support - Perform quality checking of client forms / documents before submission to WMO for processing.
  • Reporting - Accurate data tracking and support management reporting as required.
  • Handle PB Front Office enquiries relating to account opening, sales and operations procedures and matters as required.
  • Operational support - Perform Independent Call back, coordinate with branch for retail service to PB clients, support project/ initiative as required.
  • Communication with stakeholders for account opening system related issues.
  • Compliance - Adhere to bank's policies, standards, operations guidelines / procedures, security and internal control measures and maintain high level of professional integrity. Comply with the compliance and regulatory requirements and code of conduct.
  • Team player - Work closely with fellow colleagues and working partners to Ensure the team and all business objectives are met with harmony and unity.
