Assistance Property Officer

 

Responsibilities:

-        To attend the meeting with Owner’s Committee

-        Handle emergency incidents

-        Perform ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned

-        Provide support for the leasing team

 

Requirements:

-        Certificate/Diploma in Property Management or related disciplines

-        Familiar with DMC and BMO and other related regulations

-        Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

-        At least 1 year relevant working experience in Property Management
