Job Description

The Role

To support the support office in Hong Kong in its day-to-day finance, human resources, corporate administration and other ad hoc tasks / projects as assigned by management.


  • Perform general accounting duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger functions, accounting entries for head office and bank reconciliation for group companies
  • Handle the period end and year end closing
  • Assist Finance Manager to provide timely and quality consolidated accounts and financial information to management
  • Assist Finance Manager in reviewing accounting policies, procedures and accounting system to achieve better current and future needs
  • Assist with the preparation of business plans, annual budgets and monthly forecasts
  • Participate and support system implementation and internal process changes
  • Assist in compliance with legal, tax, franchisor and regulatory requirements, liaise with external auditors and bankers.
  • Perform assigned tasks related to payroll and compliance with MPF requirements.



  • Diploma or degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • 2 years relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of internal control system and familiar with the Hong Kong accounting practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and English
  • Willing to take on challenges and is able to work independently and under pressure
  • Attention to detail, problem solving skills, and process-driven
