Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare full set of accounts and accounting schedules
  • Check submitted documents such as payment voucher with relevant documents, income and expenditure statement and etc.
  • Perform analysis of budgets and variances as well as forecast
  • Compile expenditure reports and submission of claims to government departments and charitable trusts to ensure they are in compliance with the required quality and standards
  • Liaise with government departments and charitable trusts on any matters arising from the reports
  • Perform ad hoc assignments


Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Accounting
  • Solid experience in management accounting for 5 years or above
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, mature and work independently with minimum supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and experience in Epicor is preferred
  • Working Location: Sandy Bay (shuttle bus service will be provided from Kennedy Town MTR to/from Heep Hong Society Integrated Service Complex)
