Job Description


  • Organize and arrange travel schedule, hotel arrangement and accommodation
  • Perform general office administration duties, including procurement, courier and postage arrangement, maintenance of office equipment
  • Provide general administrative support to Business Units
  • Other ad hoc projects as assigned independently


  • Diploma holder or above, University degree is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in well-established organizations
  • Good command of verbal and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized, dedicated, detailed-minded and result-oriented
  • Strong operational and project management skill is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
