Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Support Executive Management in all-round administrative functions
  • Oversee the maintenance and daily operation of the office.
  • Assist in Group activities and projects as required.
  • General knowledge of accounting procedures and payroll.
  • Supervise clerical, HR and accounting staff.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in accounting and corporate bookkeeping.
  • Diploma holder in secretarial or administration studies an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience. Fluency in English and Cantonese preferred with proficiency in Putonghua
  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing. Good communication skill
  • Willing to learn and be able to work under pressure.
