Job Description


  • Lead a team to provide all-rounded administrative support to all functional teams in Recycling Programme, including asset management, procurement of non-merchandising items, central filing system, repair and maintenance co-ordination, supplier management, system maintenance, security control and office supplies management
  • Be responsible for preparing budget, stock taking and monitoring the inventory of office supplies
  • Advise Assistant Business Analyst to enhance business analytical reports and management reports
  • Assurance of Recycling Programme operations to comply with policies, integrity and accuracy of data and provide up-to-date services to all donors and customers
  • Develop good relationship with retail customers, donors, collection campaign partners and the applications from the needy
  • Ensure the excellent Hotline customer services by closely monitoring the performance and KPIs as per the Army’s standard
  • Perform any other legitimate duties assigned by supervisor and management



  • An understanding of the Christian faith, values and ethos of The Salvation Army
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management or relevant disciplines
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience with around 2 years in supervisory role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous improvement is desired
  • Demonstrated strong leadership and people management skills when confronted with difficult situations exhibiting ability to keep the team focused and motivated
  • Self-motivated, independent, helpful and flexible
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Working Location: Kwai Chung

Donated goods are sorted, distributed and sold in Family Stores in Hong Kong and Macau. The net proceeds will go to The Salvation Army for use across its invaluable community programmes. Some of the donated goods will directly help those people in need, such as home alone elderly, street sleepers, ex-prisoners and CSSA recipients.
