Job Description

One of the listed property developer is looking for the Assistant Administration Manager/Senior Officer to join their Hong Kong Team. 

Responsibilities : 

  • Provide secretarial support to senior executives / business teams
  • Organize and coordinate meetings. Minutes taking, prepare agenda, presentation material and reports    
  • Hands on experience in providing day-to-day all rounded office administration
  • Manage office equipment, office utilities account renewals, supplies ordering and coordinate with suppliers / estate management
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects 

Requirements : 

  • 5 years of experience in office administration, MNC or serving expatriates are advantageous
  • Degree holder 
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Skilled in Microsoft applications software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc)
  • Immediate availability is preferred
