Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • To ensure document submission comply with company policies and guidelines
  • To manage and maintain coordinative works in daily operations
  • To handle ad hoc tasks, prepare presentation materials and participate in projects
  • To assist senior management in handling enquiries and enhancing communication with our internal or external customers
  • To organize meetings and carry out administrative duties

Requirements :

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Mature, independent, self-motivated and committed to continuous improvement
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft applications, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
