Job Description

Job responsibilities:

l   Provide membership services

l   Assist in the managing, administration and coordination of various projects, events and other activities of the Council and Members of the Society;

l   Assist in organizing the Society’s events, training courses, seminars and any ad hoc projects

l   Assist in the daily operation of the Society

l   Assist in preparing and designing marketing materials including flyers, newsletters, social media postings etc

 

Job requirements:

l   Higher Diploma Holder or above in Administration, Marketing, Language, Communications, Business or related disciplines

l   At least 1-2 years relevant working experience

l   Self-motivated, outgoing and a good team player with strong communication skill and service-oriented minds

l   High attention to details, with good analytical and problem-solving skills

l   Good in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

l   Good PC knowledge in MS Office

l   Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator would be an advantage

l   Immediate availability is highly preferred

l   Candidates with less experience will be considered as Administrative Assistant

 

We offer attractive remuneration package to the right candidates. Salary ranges from HK$14K to HK$15K per month, depending on the working experience and academic background.
