Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning, promotion and management of the Travel Industry Training Fund
  • Process applications
  • Provide secretarial support for the vetting committee
  • Handle correspondence and enquiries
  • Perform any other related duties

Qualifications required for the post:

  • Higher Diploma or above, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years’ experience in funding project management or government/public administration
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing, MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Patient and detail-oriented
