Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Administration Team in routine office and facility management, such as office supply management, venue booking system, evaluation data system, etc.
  • Assist to maintain smooth operations of office premises (including AV systems) 
  • Provide logistic support to training classes, corporate events, etc., such as venue setup, onsite support and processing post-event evaluation data
  • Other duties assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

  • Completion of Secondary education, or above
  • Minimum 2-years of experience
  • Able to communicate in both Cantonese and simple English
  • Mature, self-motivated, multi-tasking and able to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of IT hardware and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge in handling MS Office software, such as word processing, spreadsheet and presentation
  • Immediately availability is highly preferred
