Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of monthly management report and analyze the expenses of responsible teams
  • Support the preparation of corresponding working paper for analysis purpose
  • Support the annual expense budget
  • Handle testing and validation of internal controls / risk controls
  • Support the implement of Expense Management Team's projects e.g. User Acceptance Testing, support the preparation of Guideline / Instruction for implementation

Job Requirements

  • University graduate in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
  • Attention to details, strong organization and collaboration skills
  • Good communication skills with fluent English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed, less experience candidates will be considered as Assistant Analyst
