Job Description

Client Information:

One of the fastest growing retail banking is seeking number of Assistant Project Managers. This role will represent business user to different business units for Retail banking projects (insurance, payment, phone banking, private banking and compliance)

Manage end to end delivery of projects/change initiatives in accordance with the project management cycle, methodologies and framework 

Responsible in collect and analyze business requirements and facilitate the alignment of understand on requirements between business users and IT

Responsibilities:

  • Act as communication point between business users and technical teams to ensure delivery of effective solution to meet business needs
  • Develop and manage project management plan ( including scopes, time line, resources, costs risk and issues, interdependencies, assumptions etc)
  • Analyse and define user requirements to create the functional documentation
  • Review business requirement documents to ensure alignment of understanding of requirements between business end users and IT
  • Close interaction with clients through regular project updates
  • Execute user acceptance testing including test planning, test case  preparation/ creation and execution
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training to end users

Requirements: 

  • Degree holder in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/System, or other related disciplines 
  • Over 2 years of banking experience in project management, system implementation or business transformation
  • Project experienced in one of the area (insurance, payment, phone banking, private banking and compliance)
  • Proven track record in specifying user requirements and managing user acceptance testing
  • Strong interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
