Job Description

The Business Performance Improvement is responsible for programme and project management, design of business and operating models for future-state requirements, analysis to support business case and development of projects, business process architecture and business process workflow development, operations improvements, KPIs formulation and management reporting of business performance.


The Job
You will:

  • support the execution of business process review and able to apply Business Process Improvement methodology (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) to improve / optimise processes
  • analyse financial and non-financial data and observations using robust analytical methods to derive cause and effect relationships, and funnel down to root causes
  • work with business stakeholders in developing financial, business & benefit cases, resources, tools and equipment requirements for To-be processes
  • facilitate business requirement gathering for the IT changes for To-be processes and able to understand implication of IT systems on process
  • support interfacing with other units including Finance, HR and Internal Audit for To-be process design & implementation
  • perform overall coordination of project tasks and administration


About You
You should have: 

  • relevant tertiary education in Business, Finance, Operations Management or Computer Science
  • experience in business process improvement or optimisation projects
  • excellent with MS Excel, Word & Powerpoint
  • ability to use MS Visio and Nimbus will be an advantage
  • ability to use MSSQL, SAS or similar BI analytical and dashboard tools will be an advantage


Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience.  A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
