Job Description

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Head of Traditional Distribution and the team
  • Assist in coordinating projects including meeting arrangement, travel arrangement, preparation of presentation materials, documentations and reports etc
  • Organize and maintain filling system including the filling and storage of  business correspondence, confidential documents and business data
  • Assist in preparing employee benefits quotation and proposal as required
  • Support the distribution team and perform others ad-hoc duties as assigned
  • 12-month contract with opportunity to become a permanent staff


  • Tertiary education or above, preferably with business related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year working experience in insurance industry  
  • Detail-minded, organized and with good communication & interpersonal skills 
  • Proficiency in PC skills, particularly in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing will be an advantages
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
