Job Description

A reputable PRC investment banking group is looking for high calibre candidates to apply for the above role.


  • Perform a full range of company secretarial duties for group companies incorporated in HK, PRC and other offshore jurisdictions;
  • Prepare minutes and attestation documents (both English & Chinese) and liaise with internal and external parties for company secretarial matters;
  • Handle filing of Disclosure of Interests in relation to investments and asset management; 
  • Update company’s database system and prepare internal reports; and
  • Participate ad-hoc projects and corporate assignments.


  • Minimum 5 years company secretarial experience gained from PRC financial institutions, professional firms or listed companies;
  • University degree or Diploma holder in Company Secretarial Studies with associate membership of HKICS / ICSA;
  • Knowledge of Companies Ordinance of Hong Kong and other offshore jurisdictions, Disclosure of Interests of SFO and HK Listing Rules; knowledgeable in SPV/BVI companies
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) and high proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Chinese word processing; and
  • Attentive to details, work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment and good team member.
