Job Description


Job Responsibility:

  •          Provides company secretarial support and legal assistance for the group companies;
  •          Liaise with external company secretaries and legal advisors for projects and transactions;
  •          Review legal documents in relation to the company’s business;
  •          Assist the Assistant Legal Manager in all legal work as assigned from time to time.


Job Requirements:

  •          Law degree holder with in-house legal or company secretarial experience preferred;
  •          Hands on experience in handling a full spectrum of company secretarial duties;
  •          Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  •          In-house legal experience for commercial work preferred.
