Job Description


  • Render logistical and administrative support for the Corporate Communications Department
  • Draft correspondences and prepare reports and meeting papers
  • Conduct research as required
  • News monitoring and reporting
  • Update and maintain media contact database
  • Update and coordinate all corporate information
  • Maintain departmental budget and corporate subscriptions
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required


  • University graduate in communications or related disciplines can be an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably acquired from large corporations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized and details oriented
  • Works well independently and as a team player
  • Can work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to suggest and implement ideas to increase efficiency
  • Resourceful and can think outside the box
  • Proficient in English and Chinese writing
