Job Description



  • Support CRM manager to develop strategies and launch suitable loyalty marketing initiatives to increase loyalty, frequence of visits and spend per visit
  • Plan and oversee the execution of CRM programs
  • Develop customer communications via different channels
  • Assist in target selection, pre and post-campaign evaluation
  • Collaborate with different internal and external parties in planning and organizing promotions and member events
  • Ensure program logistics and data collection are complied with statutory requirement
  • Maintain customer database, member site and app, work with internal and external parties for system enhancement
  • Conduct research for customer insights



  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years relevant experience with capacity working at supervisory level in loyalty and database marketing. Experience in event management will be an advantage
  • Hands on experience in working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms
  • Team player, attentive to details, self-motivated and result oriented
  • Strong numerical sense, analytical skill and project management skill
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is preferable
