Job Description

Job Summary:

Strong and capable team leader to lead a team of 5 members on daily PO and fulfillment management, mentor the junior staff to ensure the team to execute their job functions according to service level

Key Roles and Responsibilities   

  • Lead a team of CS professional including E2E order management, shipment, returns and claims. Responsible for operations KPI/SLA for the accounts
  • Monitor and fully hands on to support daily tasks especially New Product Launch, Seasonal peak, New Store opening; and work closely with Account Manager and Warehouse team on assigned projects
  • Attend weekly conference call and support ad hoc projects as assigned by Account Management team and Project team
  • Supports Service Delivery Manager in day to day operations of the team. Provides inputs for appraisal for team members to Service Delivery Manager. Acts as 2nd level of escalation for the assigned team. Coaches juniors in handling operation procedures & escalations.
  • Act as a SAP Super User, system guidance to team. Liable for processes & SAP training within team. Liable for process working Instruction & Quality Control Business Administration.
  • Drives & monitor Business Project Improvement (BPI) till implementation. Conducts process review & Continuous improvements

Job Requirements and Qualifications   

  • Degree holder in Purchasing, Logistics / Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Numerical and proficient in MS Excel; Resourceful and able to multi-task
  • At least 2 years SAP knowledge mandatory
  • Experience as a team lead or CS supervisor will be an advantage
