Job Description

Job Purpose:
"To initiate, organize and execute campaign and customer analysis to support privilege card programs in order to build customer loyalty and enhance member services."

Key Accountabilities:

In addition to following Lane Crawford’s policies and procedures, key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Campaign Management

  • Take ownership of assigned projects in the end-to-end campaign management process for every campaign assigned including customer targeting, QC, generating daily or weekly topline results
  • To participate in identifying the target segment that answer to the needs of every targeting initiatives which ultimately build customer loyalty and maximizing the revenue generation
  • To work closely with internal teams and vendors to ensure campaign execution in a timely and accurate manner

Reporting and Analytics

  • Take ownership of customer reports development
  • To manage ad-hoc and regular report generation process. And be able to modify the reports regarding the changes of business needs
  • To continuously review process and develop automation for regular reports where possible
  • Ensure that reports are generated in a timely and accurate manner

Customer Database

  • To consistently monitor the CRM database to ensure the data quality and timely report to Tech team if any inconsistency found
  • To support assistant manager in reviewing, planning and implementing data procedures that ensure excellent process is consistently being carried out

  • Degree holder in Marketing/Computing/Statistics/Information System discipline
  • 1-2 years experience in related field, preferably with luxury retail or retail experience
  • Experience in database marketing, reporting and management information
  • Proficiency in SQL, VBA and Microsoft Office (with experience in Power BI or Tableau is an advantage)
  • Able to analyse and translate data into meaningful reports
  • Able to work independently and under tight timeline
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chines
