Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, innovative and highly motivated professional to join the Brand Design – Digital Customer Experience Team of the Customer & Brand Promise Department in the Customer & Business Development Business Group. Reporting to the Design Brand Manager, the successful candidate is required to: 

  • Define and implement an integrated digital data strategy and approach to support maximization of e-Commerce, e-Services and marketing campaigns, in alignment with the broader digital business strategy.
  • Develop and set-up new digital platforms (e.g. DMP or other new tools) for effective implemtation of targeting / re-marketing solutions for residential and B2B partners in terms of raising the brand awareness, engagement and activiation.
  • Improve digital customer experience by refreshing digital contents, improving UX/UI and conducting A/B testing in CLP digital channels such as website or mobile app
  • Conduct analysis by leveraging audience data (outbound data from different channels; inbound data from website traffic and application funnel) to reveal user behavior and improve user journey experience.
  • Identify partnership opportunities; stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in digital industry; consistently brings in new ideas to improve digital customer experience.
  • Manage large and complex projects by carrying out activities like resource planning, scope defining, communication, issue/risk/change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Work closely with stakeholders including product owners, technical teams, legal, compliance and external vendors to drive e-Services adoption, e-Commerce sales and revenue, and campaign activations and engagements in digital platforms

 

Requirements

  • A recognized university degree in eCommerce, Marketing, or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in digital and data management, CRM programmers, website & app product management.
  • Proven track records of data management and analytic skills, sensitive to numbers including sales data, web analytics and user behaviour. Hands on experience in managing data and familiar with Google Analytics
  • Strong knowledge in website management. Experience in user journey building with content management tools. Knowledge in e-Commerce, SEM & SEO, display ad (programmatic buy), social media and content marketing would be an advantage. Big-data relevant experience especially in DMP is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skill and experience across various departments
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills. PMP is a plus
  • A self-starter with high level of initiation and strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • A good team player and be able to maintain good relationship with internal colleagues and external partners.
