Job Description

Key responsibilities 
  • Business and Technical application of marketing and engagement communication initiatives on Marketing Cloud platforms to drive ongoing improvements in personlisation and automation
  • Customer segmentation and targeting planning & execution for business pillars across digital touchpoints
  • Ongoing enhancement on marketing stack technical build to answer business needs to improve digital experience across all digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with data science team to ensure models are developed and applied according to business and marketing needs, ensure seamless flow and usage into marketing automation platforms
  • Oversee the development and execution of paid media spaces including SEM and display ads
  • Support paid media execution and targeting logic set ups through marketing stacks and DMP
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Communications or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, e-Commerce. Experience in industries like airline, retail, hospitality is a plus
  • Understanding and experience in Marketing Cloud or similar omni-channel experience delivery product
  • Strong project management skills and commercial acumen
  • Strong communicator, collaborative. Experience working in matrix structure to support cross team initiatives
  • Ability to inspire and promote collaboration among stakeholders in IT, digital product, marketing, business
