Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in organizing and implementing donor loyalty programs, donor gatherings and activities including the production of related materials
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the execution of team’s project and events 
  • Maintain proper record of inventory and control the distribution and collection of the inventory items
  • Manage filing system and keep good record and file correspondence of Donor Communications programs
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned


  • Completion of HKCEE/ HKDSE (minimum five passes, including English and Chinese) equivalent or above
  • Relevant working experience in fundraising sector is preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office, English & Chinese word processing
  • Basic knowledge of database system, candidate with knowledge of photoshop, html and video making is preferable
  • Good telephone manner and communications skills
  • Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work independently and in team
  • passionate and commitment to the needy


Contract Period: 1 year (Renewable)
