Job Description

An International large-scale marketing company in Hong Kong is looking for an Assistant Facilities Manager with Engineering degree/ Building Service background to support their day to day properties operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day office operations of the company's properties
  • Support their renovation project as well as residential properties management
  • Assist in achieving strategic objectives and goals, manage various facilities management and coordinate and monitor various projects
  • Ensure the delivery of quality facilities services
  • Maintain the updated office layout plans, maintenance records, property assets records, etc.
  • Supervice the Office Assistant, Facilities Officer/Assistants, as well as the Receptionists

Main Requirements:

  • University degree in facilities management/ engineering/ surveying/ building services or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 6 years' proven experience in facilities management, at least 2 years in managerial position
  • Strong PC skills and excellent project planning and management skills
  • Good customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leaderership, well-organized, multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
