Assistant Finance Manager (Full-time, Permanent)


LinSon Business Consulting Limited - Hong Kong Island


The Role

Fast growing accounting and consulting company requires an Assistant Finance Manager to join a small team. You will be responsible for the financial reporting, management reporting, financial analysis as well as handling full sets of accounts for multiple clients; assisting in converting clients onto the latest cloud accounting platforms, budgeting and forecasting as well as other general accounting duties. Liaise with auditors on annual audits. Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for clients. Coach and provide assistance to members in finance team. Support client system implementation and procedures improvement.


The Ideal Candidate

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in all aspects of accounting
  • Thorough knowledge of all accounting principles
  • Highly detailed orientated with a strong work ethic
  • Have bucket loads of common sense
  • Is able to work to tight deadlines as well as be able to handle a large number of different activities
  • Must have experience working in a small to medium sized company
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Knowledge of Apple operating products would be beneficial
  • Must have experience in various accounting software programs like Xero, Quickbooks Online, Zoho Books.
  • Have a fantastic sense of humour
  • Have excellent communication skills and a great "can do" attitude
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin a bonus)
  • Is able to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
