Job Description

The Company

Well known PE fund house with USD 6 billion AUM size is looking for a finance manager.

The Role

  • Manage full set of fund accounting and corporate accounting, reconciliation and compliance duties
  • Responsible for capital calls and review waterfall calculation
  • Prepare all quarterly reports and the materials for quarterly LP conference call
  • Assist in prepare Annual LP Meeting materials
  • Responsible company accounting duties, including tax planning, and corporate accounting for fund management group
  • Any other ad hoc assignments assigned by management team

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • BIG 4 experience is an advantage
  • Able to work independently under pressure
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
