Job Description


  • To provide check-in and check-out services in an effective and efficient manner. Manage Front desk daily operations;
  • To provide quality services, handle guests’ enquiries & complaints;
  • To achieve high level of guest satisfactions in a courteous and friendly manner;
  • To ensure effective cross-departmental communication in order to handle both guest and operational issues effectively and efficiently.
  • To provide job training for the team;
  • Candidate with more experience, will consider as Guest Service Supervisor



  • F.5 or above, diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or related disciplines ;
  • 3 years or above relevant experience in hotel industry;
  • Presentable, service oriented with excellent interpersonal skill;
  • Responsible, self-motivated and team player
  • Independent and able to work shift duty including overnight
  • Good command of spoken English , Mandarin and Cantonese ;
  • Good PC Knowledge is MS Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Familiar with Opera PMS will be an advantage.
