Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for administrative and clerical duties in various HR & Admin functions.
- Handling of payroll calculation, MPF administration, company insurance and statutory required schemes
- Provide full range of administrative support including office renovation, office relocation, procurement, facilities management, and equipment maintenance, etc
- Liaise with Customer, Warehouse to perform daily order processing.
- Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of a warehouse, and the incoming, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the company are being properly executed.
- Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
- 4 years experience above in management, operations, and leadership.
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and multi-tasking
- Immediate availability is preferred.
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
