Job Description

Our client is a leading MNC FMCG company who is looking for an Assistant HR & Admin manager to join their team in Hong Kong. 

Job Responsibilities: 
 

  • To implement and maintain programs, plans, policies, procedures and practices covering Human Resources to achieving company's business goals in frameworks of group policies, plans and programs
  • Responsible for providing support in HR and office administration functions;
  • Support full spectrum of human resources functions include but not limit to recruitment, payroll administration support, coordinate of staff activities and assist to update policies, etc
  • Verify regular monthly invoices & all vendor invoices.
  • Participate in any HR related projects both on local and cross-country level.


Successful Applicants:

  • University graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience from sizable companies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail, Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and team environment in addition to working independently and under pressure
  • Experience with HR software (SAP would be an advantage)
  • Excellent command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
