My client is a listed company who are now looking for high calibre individual candidate from a sizeable company, plus a positive learning attitude to join their HR Human resource and Admin team.

Description

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including C&B administration and operations; facilitating staff recruitment; support employee performance management, learning and development, and employee relations, etc.
  • Provide expatriates support including but not limited to working visa handling, insurance management and housing support
  • Organize training & employee relations activities such as annual dinner, Christmas party, staff outing, other company events, etc.
  • Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Coordinate PRC subsidiaries HR matters

Profile

  • Around 2 years of HR experience in relevant industry
  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related subjects
  • Good communication in both English and Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Self-motivated, independent, responsible, driven, outgoing
  • Familiar with different computer functions such as MS Excel and Word
  • Strong knowledge of HK & Chinese labor Ordinance
  • Immediately Available preferred
