Highlight of the role

  • A small team of 3 HR, manage Hong Kong HR functions and work closely with regional offices
  • Transparent and dynamic working environment
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am to 6pm
  • 16 AL

About the company

Our client is one of the fast-growing investment groups, specializing in property investment, acquisition, asset management and private equity. With their strong business focus in Asia Pacific, they are currently looking for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to cope with the business expansion. Candidate with more experience will be considered as HR Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for full spectrum of human resources function including compensation and benefits, training and development and recruitment and selection
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
  • Align all employee lifecycle activities to the overall HR strategy and plan
  • Update and maintain HR database and employment records
  • Lead and manage the budgeting process, monitoring and reporting of actual performance
  • Maintain and revise the company's handbook on policies and procedures
  • Participate in ad-hoc assignments and HR projects

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or any other related disciplines
  • 6+ years' relevant experience
  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem solving skills
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office
