Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, payroll administration, MPF, training & development and staff relations;
  • Work closely with all line managers on issues relating to human resources and administrative support;
  • Compile and prepare HR-related reports for management review;
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline;
  • At least 5 years’ solid experience in full function HR & Admin field;
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations / ordinances;
  • Team player and analytical mind;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, initiative and able to work and Able to work under a fast-paced environment;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Cantonese;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint and Chinese word processing;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
