Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage full spectrum of HR & office administration works, such as Recruitment, Salary & Payroll administration, Performance Appraisal, Training & Development, Employee relation, Office Supplies procurement and control, Asset Management, Equipment maintenance and workplace safety etc.
  • Work closely with seniors on staffing and compensation & benefit issues that ensure all practices are in compliance with the company policies;
  • Setup New HR Department
  • Prepare HR reports and related analyses;
  • Perform filing management system including data input, reports updating, scanning and filing system;
  • Handle Payroll for head office and retail department
  • Undertake any ad hoc / special assignments assigned by senior management;

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource or Business Administration or related disciplines;
  • 2-4 years of solid all-round HR management and payroll experience; exp. in PRC HR preferred
  • Familar with in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF scheme ordinance and relevant legislation
  • Implement KPI experience preferred for Manager Grade 
  • Calculation of Payroll experience is a must
  • Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese; Mandarin is a must
  • HR Experience in retail industry is a must
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Applicant with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
