Job Description

Our client is a global fashion retail company. To cope with their growth, they are now looking for a HR calibre to join them.

 

We are now seeking for an ASSISTANT HR MANAGER/ HR MANAGER (PERM)

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources services including recruitment and selection, manpower planning, compensation and benefit, benefits administration, leave management, company image building and staff record maintenance
  • Responsible for monthly payroll including day-to-day payroll activities, final payment and tax reporting
  • Revise company policies and ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation
  • Organize staff relations and communication activities
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, prefer in fashion retail industry
  • Experience in payroll administration
  • Strong communication skills and analytical skills, detail minded with a positive attitude and outgoing personality
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and HR systems
  • Good command in English and Chinese
