Job Description

Our client is an Asia-Pacific conglomerate located in Hong Kong. Listed company with main business covering motor vehicle, health-care & cosmetics, logistics, food and many others.

About the Role:
*Act as a trusted business partner to develop and provide strategic action plans and advises, working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop and maintain a strong partnership internally and externally
*Perform a full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning ,employee engagement, compensation and benefits etc.
*Support talent acquisition of office positions (Senior positions) across all functions to align with company directions and cope with business growth
*Review, updates , formulate and implement HR related policies, guideline and procedures
*Perform ad-hoc tasks and develop HR initatives


About the People:
*Degree in HRM/ Business Administration or other related disciplines
*At least 7 years of experiences as solid HR generalist , preferably experiences gained from sizeable companies
*Personality wise: Proactive,hands-on, fast-paced and down to earth
*Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
*Candidates with supervising experiences will be an added advantage
