Job Description

Our client is a listed company who operates diverse business and investment in the Greater China Region. Focusing on infrastructure and property management and support, the company has a significant market position and continuous growth of value.

About the Role:
*Acting as a trusted business partner to work closely with department heads and provide consultative advises including but not limited to talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, performance management areas
*Responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition process from selection and closing stage
*Handle C&B function to HK and PRC including but not limited to payroll,annual salary review, tax filing, performance management, market research and bench-marking etc.
*Act as a key member in scaled projects in relation to employee relations
*Review and update HR policies, procedures and strategies
*Handle ad hoc projects/implement HR initiatives as assigned

About the People :
*Bachelor Degree Holder in HRM or related discipline
*Mature and good time management, flexible and proactive, good team player
*At least 5 years of experience as HR Generalist prefer experiences gained from sizeable company or industries such as Conglomerate/FMCG/Logistics/Construction/Engineering/Property Management
*Familiar with PRC regulations and tax is highly preferred
*Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
*Less experiences candidates will be considered as Senior HR Officer
