Job Description

About the Role:

*You will be leading a small team and job duties including but not limited to:
*Responsible for monthly payroll processing for HK and coordinate payroll activities with payroll vendors in APAC regions
*Play a key role for the alignment of Compensation & Benefit administration, policies and programs in regional levels
*Plan and coordinate market Compensation and Benefit survey participation, implement salary and benefit bench-marking proposals and exercises in both HK and regional levels
*Support and mantain HRIS system as needed
*Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

About the People:
*Bachelor Degree Holder in HRM or related discipline
*At least 7 years of experiences gained in sizeable organisations, preferably experiences gained from Information Technology/Telecom/Retail/FMCG or any other fast-paced industries
*Personality-wise: Sensitve to numbers, good at number crunching and excellent time management
*Candidate with supervising experiences will be an added advantage
*Good command of English and Chinese
*Proficiency in Excel
